Starting a business in my kitchen in Queens means I know how to simplify.

As a founder of the indie beauty brand, Erin's Faces, I've worn all the hats - web builder, photographer, customer service, formulator, event planner, and then later hiring manager, trainer, lease negociator, and so much more. 

It felt extremely solitary at times and would have been REALLY nice to have help.  Because everything was new, and I was alone, I did most things the wrong way about four different times) before landing on the right way.  And I'd like to help you skip some of those painful steps. 

I'm all about dreams paired with action steps - we need both to bring things to fruition.
