ABOUT ERIN
I BELIEVE IN DREAMERS
A business starts with a dream - a wish - a desire to make something better.
When you're a solopreneur, and even if you have a small team, it can feel solitary and isolating bringing that dream into reality and keeping it alive.
I get it. I've done it.
You don't have to do it alone.
MY STORY
I moved to New York City in 2000 with a BFA in Theatre and worked at cosmetics counters in between gigs. I later went on to do makeup for red carpets, shoots and events.
In 2011 I started my beauty company, Erin's Faces, by mixing lotions and potions in my kitchen in Queens. My husband was unemployed and to say funds were limited is an understatement.
However, I truly felt called to start my line and did so as a solopreneur - no staff, no investors - just me.
I poured all of my time and energy into Erin's Faces, made a slew of mistakes, learned a lot, and grew our client base.
Fast forward, we're out of my house in a commercial space, I have an amazing team and a profitable business (which has been profitable the whole time!).
I started working with fellow founder friends to problem-solve, then local small business owners and on it went. Now I work with entreprenuers, small businesses and corporations to find practical steps to get them to the next step.
My wish is for my clients to leave our sessions hopeful, inspired and with a to-do list of practical steps that can effect change in their business right now.
WHY I DO IT
Energizing and uncovering the possibility you have inside of you is what fires me up.
I BELIEVE
"The world needs what you have to give" Jen Waldman
There is a world of potential locked inside each of us and sometimes we just need someone to turn the key.
You don't have to do this alone.
