We're nearly there!  Here are three tips to keep everything running smoothly during your sale this weekend:

Check Inventory Every Day

You'll have so many sales coming in that you probably won't be able to pack everything in real time.  As such, things can go out of stock and you won't know it until it's too late.  So do a daily inventory check to look at low inventory in case you had a run on a particular item.  You can decide whether you want to make more (if you can make more prioritize that) or if you want folks to be able to backorder it - but either way you won't miss the sale.

Be on Top of Customer Service Emails

If you're a solopreneur this is harder but make time to check your emails so you can answer questions that are preventing someone from making a purchase or make sure your customer service person is able to hop on emails in between processing orders if you're a small team where folks do double duty (like us!).  Once someone visits your site they're going to get served with ads from competitors so you need to get back to them QUICK.

Show Behind The Scenes Moments on Social

Whether it's you/your team packing orders, stacks of boxes, or filling up the USPS truck, sharing that social proof that others are purchasing from you can help put the heat on to potential buyers.
