I love this week between holidays when everything is quiet, you're allowed to not answer emails and it's socially acceptable to be "out of office".  It creates a pocket of time to reflect, assess and to plan.

What is one thing that you are tired of waiting for with your business?  It could be increased revenue, it could be more customers, it could be just creating the business you've had in your head for so long.  Okay, you've got that - now, what's one thing that isn't huge but puts you a step closer to your goal?  

It could be making a phone call, sending an email, setting aside 15 minutes to actually look that thing up you've been meaning to look up.  Name it.  What is that one small step?  

Great, now that you've got it, I'd love for you to either do it right now or make a plan to do it this week.  We're talking something small that is 15 min or less.
